Low Power Mode
Save or prolong battery life with Low Power Mode on your iPhone. Low Power Mode conserves your battery life by reducing or disabling certain automatic system functions and background apps like:
Email fetch
Background app refresh
Automatic downloads
Some visual effects
Auto-Lock (defaults to 30 seconds)
iCloud Photos (temporarily paused)
5G (except for video streaming)

Low Power Mode will be prompted to activate when your phone reaches 20% battery, but you can turn this on at anytime to prolong your battery. Once your iOS device hits 20% and it will off automatically if battery level reaches 80% while charging.
How to Tell if You are in Low Power Mode
The best way to tell is to look at your battery symbol! Yellow means that you are in Low Power Mode while black means regular!
Benefits
Low Power Mode can give you anywhere from one to three hours of added battery life before your iPhone dies, but it depends on what you are doing on your phone and how long you are active on your phone. For example, watching a movies would consume more battery as opposed to going through your photos.
How to Enable/Disable Low Power Mode
When your iPhone hits 20% battery power left, you’ll see a “Low Power Mode” window appear. Clicking Low Power Mode will turn it on, and if you hit Close, it will not be turned on.
Turn it on/off manually by going into Settings → Battery → Low Power Mode.
You can also turn it on/off through your Control Center.
Goto Settings → Control Center. Tap the plus sign to the left of “Low Power Mode” to add the toggle to your Control Center from More Controls, and then touch and drag it to position it where you like it in the Included Controls Menu.
This lets you tap the battery-shaped button to enable or disable Low Power Mode in your Control Center.
