How to Download and Install
Back up your device. (I suggest doing an iCloud backup)
On your iPhone, go to beta.apple.com in Safari.
Sign up for the Apple Software Beta Program or Sign in (if you are already a member)
Signing up for the Apple Software Beta Program lets you enroll your devices to access all of the public betas and try out the latest features in them.
With iOS selected near the top, tap Enroll your iOS device
Swipe down to step 2 and tap Download profile
Tap Allow then Close
Go to Settings → General → Profile → Tap on the beta profile → Install → Enter Passcode →Install → Restart
After iPhone restarts, Go to Settings → General → Software Update → Install the Beta version.
After the iPhone restarts, you will be running on iOS 14.5 Beta 3!
